can someone please tell me why you will be driving down the road stuck behind some idiot going 35 mph in a 40 for MILES, you FINALLY get around him, get back in the same lane, come up on a kiddie zone and he climbs up your ass the whole way because he doesn't slow down for a flippin school zone?
